COURSE DETAILS
No prior experience is required. The course is suitable for both beginners and experienced workers who need formal training. Your trainer will guide you through the process step by step using practical, job-style scenarios to help build confidence.
Vehicle Loading Crane training usually runs over 5 days. The course includes both classroom-based theory, practical hands-on training and assessment.
This course is suited to workers who operate, or plan to operate, truck-mounted cranes used to lift, load and move materials. It may be useful for labourers, delivery drivers, utility workers, construction workers and civil construction team members.
A Dogging ticket may not be required if you are only using pre-slung loads or fixed lifting attachments such as a hook or jib. However, if the lift involves slinging loads, complex lifting, or load direction, a Dogman may be required. Many workers choose to complete both Dogging and Vehicle Loading Crane training to increase their skills and work options.
Shamrock Training offers Vehicle Loading Crane training in Brisbane, with practical training designed to reflect real worksite conditions. On-site training may also be available for eligible group bookings.
