Advanced Scaffolding Course Brisbane

Shamrock Training offers Advanced Scaffolding training in Brisbane for students who are ready to progress to the highest scaffolding licence level. The course covers the nationally recognised unit CPCCLSF4001 and includes both theory and practical training.

To enrol in Advanced Scaffolding, you must have completed Intermediate Scaffolding or hold a valid SI licence. Students also need to be 18 years or older, have basic English literacy skills, and provide the required evidence of identity before assessment.

Advanced Scaffolding builds on the Basic and Intermediate levels by covering more complex scaffold structures and systems. This includes hung scaffolds, suspended scaffolds, cantilevered hoisting platforms, and scaffolding work in confined or restricted spaces.

An Advanced Scaffolding Licence can help workers move into more complex scaffolding roles, including large-scale construction, shutdowns, infrastructure projects, tunnelling, high-rise work, and supervisory pathways. Yes. After successfully completing your assessment, you will need to apply directly to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland for your licence. A separate government application fee applies, and your application must be submitted within the required timeframe after assessment.
